Who we are
Hendred Vineyard, Allin’s Lane, East Hendred, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8HR, is the data controller for information collected through this website. For any question about your data, email info@hendredvineyard.co.uk or call 01235 834770.

Orders
Our online shop runs on Ecwid by Lightspeed. When you order, the shop collects your name, contact details, delivery or collection details and payment details so we can take payment and fulfil your order. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout (card or PayPal); we never see your full card details. Ecwid’s own privacy notice explains how it handles the data it processes for us.
iii
Newsletter
If you sign up for news, we keep your email address to send you updates from the vineyard, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
iv
Age confirmation
When you confirm you are 18 or over, we remember that choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page. It is not sent to us.
v
Cookies
The cookie banner on this site explains which cookies and similar technologies are used, and lets you choose which to allow.
vi
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.
vii
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
